Enjoying a peaceful elevated position, Armstrong Cottage has splendid views across the Coquet Valley and Rothbury Golf Course below the hillside. Once you’ve parked your car to the rear, walk up the steps up the gravel path to the entrance and step into the beautiful open-plan, light and airy space.

In the kitchen, there is everything you need to prepare a meal for family or friends, equipped with two electric ovens and induction hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You can then gather round the table and enjoy a homemade meal. The living area is the hub of this home. It’s easy to imagine cosy evenings in front of the wood burner whilst watching a movie on the Smart TV, which features a full Sky package and Netflix. It's the perfect setting to unwind after the day’s events.

Follow the hall, past the up-to-date bathroom with shower over bath and WC, to the first of the bedrooms on the left: a large bedroom with king-size bed with an en-suite shower room and WC. The other two bedrooms include super-king-size zip-and-link beds (Zip-and-link beds can be made up as a twin on request). 

Outside, there is plenty of outdoor space with seating for warm evenings or morning coffee in the fresh air. There is off-road parking for three cars.
